Tierra McKinley

Office Manager

Tierra McKinley, Office Manager at Chamber Hill Strategies, manages the operations of the firm, including contracts and filings as well as accounts payable and receivable.  She brings more than 15 years’ of public and private experience in administration and operations to the firm and the firm’s clients.  

Prior to joining the firm, Tierra was a Paralegal Specialist at the Department of Appeals Board at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).  At HHS, Tierra reviewed, analyzed, and maintained thousands of transcripts and supporting documents for claims disputes adjudication.  Tierra worked closely with attorneys and judges, including drafting decisions and case correspondence. 

Tierra’s private sector experience includes owning and managing a logistics company.  There, she set strategic direction for the company, managed budgeting and accounts payable and receivable, and coordinated complex projects.  Tierra also managed internal and external communications at Geek Squad, where she also oversaw vendors and product shipping and receiving.   

Tierra holds a Diploma in General Studies from Friendship Collegiate Academy.
