Office Manager

Summary

The Office Manager works in close collaboration with the Founding Partner and Chief of Staff to support and optimize the operations of the firm.

Job Description

  • Manage client invoicing process. 
  • Track and resolve outstanding Accounts Receivable.  
  • Manage Accounts Payable. 
  • Verify credit card receipts. 

 

  • Prepare bimonthly payroll and make contractor payments. 
  • Manage federal and state employer tax and UI filings and payments. 

 

  • Oversee client contracting process. 
  • Prepare and file various business registration licenses. 
  • Prepare and file lobbying disclosure reports. 

 

  • Update and create weekly cash flow reports and budget projections. 
  • Estimate and prepare annual budget.   

 

  • Coordinate staff seating assignments for weekly hotdesking rotations.  
  • Handle onsite and virtual meeting set-up and troubleshoot technical issues.   
  • Manage the firm’s main telephone line. 
  • Maintain and order office supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
