Jen Holland, Chief of Staff at Chamber Hill Strategies, brings nearly two decades of experience in executive management and strategic partnerships to the firm. She is a seasoned project manager who enjoys harnessing her team’s strengths to shepherd initiatives across the finish line.
Most recently, Jennifer spent three years at the intersection of health care and governmental affairs with the American Hospital Association. Her tenure coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic when the association played a leading role in advocating for hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.
Before joining the association world, Jen spent several years on Capitol Hill where she worked closely with Members to advance their legislative work and serve their constituencies. Jen’s passion for planning, coupled with her broad legislative knowledge base and communication skills, ensured stakeholders were updated and engaged.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
