Stacey Rampy, Principal at Chamber Hill Strategies, is a renowned legislative and regulatory strategist with more than 25 years of public policy and government relations expertise. Throughout her multi-client career, including nearly 10 years as a founding partner of the top-tier bipartisan lobbying firm Rampy Northrup LLC, Stacey has counseled some of the nation’s leading healthcare companies, trade associations and coalitions on a range of health care matters before Congress and the Administration. Stacey understands the challenges facing clients and applies her wealth of experience to execute strategies customized to maximize success.
Previously, Stacey served as the co-chair of a large and varied healthcare practice at a nationally recognized lobbying firm where, in addition to her other clients, she served as the Executive Director of a coalition of employers, insurers and providers focused on implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). She started her private sector career as the lead Democratic lobbyist for Merck, where she served on the senior team responsible for helping the company navigate market withdrawal of Vioxx.
On Capitol Hill, Stacey held several senior positions in both the House and the Senate. She served as legislative director and health policy advisor to Rep. Anna Eshoo (D-CA), a senior health care aide to Senator Robert Torricelli (D-NJ), and an appropriations legislative assistant to Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) when she was a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee. A lawyer by training, Stacey holds a J.D. from UCLA and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
