Jen Holland, Principal at Chamber Hill Strategies, brings nearly two decades of experience in executive management and strategic partnerships to the firm.
Most recently, Jennifer spent three years at the intersection of health care and governmental affairs with the American Hospital Association. Her tenure coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic when the association played a leading role in advocating for hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.
Jen brings extensive experience from Capitol Hill, where she served three House Democrats—Representative Marcy Kaptur (Ohio), a senior appropriator and Dean of the Ohio delegation, as well as Representatives Debbie Dingell (Michigan) and Donald Norcross (New Jersey).
Jen drives strategy for clients, leveraging her deep understanding of policy, governance, and organizational priorities to shape actionable solutions. She leads external stakeholder engagement across the government and industry.
