MACPAC January Meeting Day 2 Summary

On January 24, 2025, the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) met for Day 2 of their January 2025 meeting. During the meeting, Commissioners voted on five recommendations for the March report to Congress related to external quality review (EQR) reporting and protocols, provisional plans of care, and the renewal period for home and community-based services (HCBS). Additionally, MACPAC staff delivered a presentation on the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Model.
